Summarising, to get a satisfactory relationship between our company and customers, suppliers, workers and the entire society, and improving this satisfaction continuously.
POLICY
The policy defined by the company management allows us to assure that the stated objectives are reached. It is based on communicating the Integrated Management System from its three main aspects of Quality, Safety and Environment, and on controlling its correct implementation and performance. Other no less important aspects of the company’s policy include complying with all legal and social requirements that apply or have been assumed, and implementing all the feasible measures for reducing the risk of accidents that might affect the people, the environment or the facilities.
APPLICABLE STANDARDS
The Quality System of Productos Aditivos SA responds to the requirements of the ISO 9001 Standard for Quality, ISO 22000 and PAS 220 for Food Safety and ISO 14000 for the Environment, as confirmed by the certificates we obtained. Our Quality System also contemplates the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) principles for Pharmaceutical Excipients, as defined by The Joint IPEC – PQG Good Manufacturing Practices Guide for Pharmaceutical Excipients.
SPECIAL OPTIONS
Upon customer request, we can offer products that meet the specific requirements of some types of special foods, such as HALAL or KOSHER, or for vegetarians or vegans.
Products can also be designed for groups with particular needs, such as diabetics or people with gluten or lactose intolerance. Other specific options can be studied.
