Participation of our flavour department in a research project on smell and taste.
May 18th 2012
Through the R&D of our flavour department, Productos Aditivos has become part of the project Sensiometrics. Sensiometrics is a sensory research project driven by:
One of the many goals of the project Sensiometrics is the ability to objectify the values that define both the smell and the taste of an individual (single or in its populational and cultural environment) their ways, centers, nuclei and sensory areas. In addition, this new instrument will reveal the available data on the disposition of the perception of smell and taste, on the type of emotions they can induce, the degree of cognition (knowledge) they produce or the states of the memory that activate these perceptions. The data generated so far suggest that they can be interpreted from a medical point of view, and provide early diagnosis of various neurological and sensory diseases.
At Productos Aditivos we are very excited to participate in a project of this type, aimed exclusively at improving the well-being of people.
